Located less than half a mile from the village of Abersoch on the Llyn Peninsula, and close to the local beach, this spacious retreat is the ideal base for a large family or group of friends holidaying together. The property is largely open-plan and boasts a balcony with spectacular views across the sea to Snowdonia and Saint Tudwal’s Islands. Guests are sure to enjoy its prime location with the village’s bustling harbour, coastal walks and Abersoch Beach all within easy reach of the property.

On the ground floor, you’ll find two of the three bedrooms; one double and a twin room, as well as a cosy snug with a sofa bed, TV and patio doors leading to the courtyard. There is also a family bathroom on the ground floor. Head upstairs to the main living area, which is largely open-plan and includes a lounge, kitchen and dining area, making it the ideal space for everyone to gather and take in the stunning sea views. The master bedroom sits on the second floor and houses a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room. Back downstairs on the first floor, you can access the large balcony; sit back on one of the sun loungers and take in the incredible views of Snowdonia and the sea, or dine alfresco and witness beautiful Welsh sunsets. On the ground floor, there is an enclosed courtyard garden, great for entertaining the children.

A trendy resort town, Abersoch offers all you need to enjoy a bustling break by the sea, with plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. The village is also known as a centre for water sports, offering a wide range of activities. Head to the golden sands of Llanbedrog Beach (4 miles) to build sandcastles and bathe with younger children, or 2 miles to Porth Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth Beach) for excellent surfing conditions.

Lovely house in a great location. Lots of space, extremely comfortable and well fitted out. 2 en-suite bathrooms and a third bathroom a real bonus. Would have benefited from somewhere to dry wet clothes, as in an outdoor washing line.

Annalie is a great property for a family group, especially with the ground floor bedrooms and bathrooms. It is well equipped with great views from the lounge and balcony.
