Staying at Wern Fawr Manor Farm
Wern Fawr Manor Farm is a fabulous 75 acres estate lying on the outskirts of Llanbedrog and a short drive to Abersoch, Pwllheli and some of the Llŷn Peninsula most renowned beaches and coves. The Grade II* listed 16th Century house lies at the centre of the estate has been extensively restored whilst maintaining its original charm and character. Around the country house in this peaceful and idyllic setting lies 5 well presented self catering cottages; Bragdy Wern sleeping 10, Rose Cottage sleeping 8, The Cottage sleeping 5, Camellia Cottage sleeping 2 and The Forge sleeping 2. Each property is individually appointed and comes with private outdoor space and parking. You can even bring your boat and jet-ski, ideal for those competing at the Llŷn Peninsula's national and international sailing events at Pwllheli Sailing Club and South Caernarfonshire Yacht Club, Abersoch.
All the properties (and the B&B!) are family friendly offering high chair, stairgates and travel cots and offering fabulous grounds to enjoy. Children can explore the 54 acres of woodland and the 21 acres of gardens with its host of wild and domestic animals. Pets are also made incredibly welcome too at all the properties, with Bragdy Wern accepting up to 3 pets. You don't need a dog to enjoy the numerous picturesque walks in and around the estate or go a little further and take in some lovely beaches and the odd local pub; The Ship and Glyn y Weddw in Llanbedrog or the Tu Hwnt I'r Afon Inn, Rhydyclafdy offer a well earned drink and good home made food.
