Sychnant is a former farmhouse, set amongst rolling hills and fields, on this working farm on the beautiful Llyn Peninsula. This rural house is 4 miles from the beach at Aberdaron, 8 miles from Abersoch and approximately 12 miles from Pwllheli.

The farmhouse is traditionally furnished with a beamed sitting room with TV/DVD/Freeview and a light and airy kitchen/diner. The separate utility room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. There are three bedrooms, two double bedrooms and one with full-size bunk beds. The first floor has a bathroom and the ground floor a shower room. Heating is by oil-fired central heating. To the front is an enclosed lawned garden with a picnic table and benches.

Sychnant is in a lovely peaceful position at the end of a farm lane. The nearest shop is 4 miles away in the coastal village of Aberdaron which also has a choice of pubs, an award winning fish and chip shop selling local seafood, a bakery and a choice of cafes. This is the ideal spot from which to explore the beaches and coastline of the Llyn Peninsula, there are quiet lanes for cycling, local horse riding at Llanbedrog, sea fishing and water sports all within a short distance. The National Trust has two properties close by, Porth y Swnt and Plas yn Rhiw  whilst the bustling town and marina at Pwllheli is just 12 miles away.
