In an idyllic rural location at the heart of the Llyn Peninsula, this family-friendly chalet has truly incredible views of countryside, mountains and sea. Comfortable and inviting inside, it also has a raised deck for alfresco dining and a charming woodland summerhouse.

This welcoming, single-storey property has a bright and airy, open-plan living space with double doors that can be thrown open to create a wonderful inside/out feeling. The kitchen/diner is well equipped for holiday cooking and has a window with sea views. It’s adjacent to the lounge, where you’ll find leather sofas, an electric fire, a TV/DVD, games and a well-stocked bookcase. From here you can sit and gaze at the incredible scenery all around, relishing the fresh air and sense of tranquillity. The property has three bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes: a double with a dressing table and a small TV, and two twins. Completing the interior are a shower room and a separate WC. A spectacular feature of the chalet is its raised terrace, which runs the length of the property and is furnished for alfresco dining in front of its panoramic views. You’ll also have use of the adjoining field, with access to a garden shed with a charcoal BBQ, fire pit, games and sun loungers, a seating area set in tree stumps and a pretty woodland with a furnished summerhouse.

Set within the Llyn Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the chalet is near the hamlet of Dinas, and within 10 miles of the peninsula’s many attractions. Explore country lanes and coastal paths, visit heritage sites or great restaurants, or simply head to the beach - there are so many to choose from. Try Porth Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth) for surfing, Porthor for its ‘whistling’ sands or Abersoch for its safe swimming and water sports.

With a vista of the mountains and the sea, this property is situated in a quiet and peaceful location It is a 20 minute drive to the nearest large supermarket and beach. The property has all essentials and is very comfortable. The owners are very accommodating, providing a lovely homemade welcome pack, including bread and cake. We have had another fabulous stay at Lazy Nook, Shirley & Joe as always gave us a lovely warm welcome and lovely treats of bread, cake and jam. 5 star stay in a beautiful location. Dogs had a ball with all the space.

We have loved staying here @ Lazy Nook. We wanted peace, quiet and wonderful views and that's what we got. Chalet had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. The stargazing was wonderful. Very nice break, owners very friendly and helpful. Only issue that we were aware of prior to our visit is the coin operated electricity....the electricity went off a number of times due to the coins running out.
