Roll-call the assistance of your party to help rustle up something tasty for tea in the country-style kitchen, or get organised for tomorrow’s outing by running damp coats and gloves through in the handy utility area. We loved our time at Bryn Llwellyn. The peaceful setting and enclosed garden made for a relaxing holiday. The house was well equipped & great layout. Amazing power shower. Bedrooms were lovely ( but...twin room mattresses you could feel the springs - need new mattresses or good memory foam mattress toppers. Double room mattress was hard - a memory Read morefoam topper would transform it and ensure total comfort of guests. My parents are elderly so comfort is key and my own back suffered due to the hard bed. If the bed situation was addressed at this property we would happily book again for next year as that aside we felt at home there.) Bracketed info for owner / can be left out of online review. Hide

Property was clean and comfortable and as described inside. However, the pictures and description of the properties location was, whilst not inaccurate, certainly misleading. It was in a housing estate and quite a walk to the beech whereas we thought we were booking a cottage with easy access to the beach and would not have booked the property had Read morewe known where it was. Lovely cottage, beautifully maintained. Kitchen had all utensils needed and bathroom very clean. Comfy bed. Location fine for us (we had a car) but is towards edge of town.

What a hidden gem! Perfect location for exploring the area. A home from home with everything you could need and the south facing deck in the back garden was perfect for breakfast in the sun and a cool glass of wine in the evening. The host left us a lovely gift of wine, crackers and local cheese which was delicious! She also phoned us to make sure Read moreeverything was as we expected and gave us some tips on what to do and where to eat out. The bed was very comfortable and the house was spotless. We particularly liked that dogs weren't allowed as we are not dog people. Icing on the cake was that the weather was perfect and the house was a 10 minute walk to one of many local beaches. Hide
