Chic, coastal styling flows throughout the cleverly curated interiors of this lovely log cabin, while outside are two fabulous seating areas and far-reaching countryside views – the perfect pad for a family of six and a pet!

Soothing seaside hues evoke the coastline that’s just a couple of miles from this delightful holiday home – it’s especially visible in the open-plan lounge/diner which features pretty painted furniture, a fabulous Welsh dresser and huge windows and doors delivering views of the surrounding countryside. A contemporary kitchen close by contains all the essentials to make your self-catering stay here effortless, and the coastal styling continues in each of the three bedrooms, two of which have a double bed while the third is more compact with bunk beds to sleep two. The attention to detail extends to the family shower room, where travertine tiles and a modern vanity unit are delightfully on-trend. Prepare for a change of scene when you step outside: the large terrace to the front has a BBQ, outdoor dining suite and panoramic views of the rolling countryside, while a second patio to the side – also furnished – is a real sun trap in the evening.

The nearby village of Mynytho delivers some of the most spellbinding views of the Llyn and St Tudwal’s Islands that lie just offshore in Cardigan Bay. Get a closer view from beautiful Abersoch, 2 miles from your doorstep – with golden sandy beaches, internationally recognised sailing waters and an abundance of great shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars, there’s always a superb atmosphere and something to do here.

The accommodation was quiet, clean and well placed. It was a cold week but the heaters were very good. We enjoyed our week!

For the most part the place was clean, apart from kitchen utensils & the cupboards need to be cleaned. There were silverfish in the cupboards. Also there wasnt any gas in bbq, luckily the people next door let us use their gas. It also wasnt clear on the website that the cottage was in fact a caravan in a caravan site, rather than an actual cottageRead more. Possibly wouldnt want to stay there if it was any colder than this past weekend, as the heating was not very strong on the one night we needed to use it. It was however quiet and had a nice balcony overlooking a valley, and we were able to have breakfast and dinner a couple of days. Hide
