The cosy cottage is set in the village of Llanbedrog on the gorgeous Llyn Peninsula. Sleeping four guests, the property suits small families and couples. A short 0.5-mile stroll brings you to the heart of the village, with its independent restaurants and pubs. From here, you can wander down to the sandy beach and also access the stunning coast path. At the end of the day, return to your charming cottage to snuggle by the wood burner or enjoy an al fresco meal in the spectacular garden.

The stone-fronted, terraced cottage is warm and inviting, with homely decor and comfortable furniture. The cosy lounge is decorated in calming tones and has a choice of seating arranged around a roaring wood burner. Moving through to the kitchen/diner, you’ll find everything you need to rustle up delicious feasts for the group. Upstairs, discover the cottage-style double and twin bedrooms, along with the family bathroom. Outside, a fabulous enclosed, lawned garden awaits, surrounded by mature shrubs and hedgerows. Relax with your morning coffee and listen to the birds singing or dine alfresco on the patio on balmy evenings.

Llanbedrog is a bustling village with a great selection of local eateries and cosy pubs. One of the village’s highlights is Oriel Plas Glyn y Weddw, which houses a collection of fascinating artwork in a magnificent gothic mansion. In the grounds of the gallery there’s also an amphitheatre and an open-air cinema in summer months. Several footpaths branch away from the village, following the Wales Coast Path. Follow the track to the headland to admire the iconic tin man statue and the panoramic sea views. For a day at the seaside, head down to Llanbedrog Beach, with its golden sand and colourful beach huts.

Cute cottage, about 20 mins walk to a stunning beach. Cottage is warm, quiet, has excellent log burner, great shower and is stocked with everything you need. Theres a shop down the road and you couldnt ask for friendlier locals.

The stair gate I requested was not provided. The owner was prompt in replying to my texts and helpful but it did mean I had to amend my stay. Whilst the house was very well equipped it would have been helpful to have soap available in the bathroom - for use of toilet before unpacking. Even the pump in the kitchen was hand gel. There was no soap forRead more use with water. There was no welcome/instruction book so I did not know about bin arrangements etc. it felt very unwelcoming. The garden could not be viewed from the house so I could not leave my dog out there and at times the traffic going past the house was very busy.. I will not be staying at that cottage again because it did not suit my needs. I do wish to return to the area as it was where I holidayed as a child over 50 years ago. Hide
