Located on a very quiet road close to the centre of Abersoch village, Mor Gragen ('large seashell') is a spacious and comfortable family home with a large enclosed garden.

With four bedrooms and a bathroom plus separate shower room, Mor Gragen is ideal for one large family or two families sharing. The open plan lounge/dining room leads into a kitchen which overlooks the rear garden. Patio doors lead from the dining room into a large conservatory. Double doors from here lead to the south facing garden and sun terrace. Downstairs the house has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and shower room. Upstairs the main bedroom enjoys views across the garden. There is also a games area with TV/DVD, games and toys.

Given the choice of 3 bedrooms downstairs with bathroom and shower room the house would be a good choice for guests with limited mobility.
