Discover the scenic delights of the Llyn Peninsula from this modern holiday home 0.5 miles from the beach. It’s in a quiet residential street in the coastal resort of Abersoch, located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There’ll be plenty of opportunities for scenic walks, drives and bike rides through the rolling Welsh countryside and along the peninsula’s often-remote coastline. The contemporary home features stylish open-plan living and a large balcony offering expansive views. With space for up to four over two bedrooms, this contemporary property would suit a family unit or group of friends holidaying together, who are welcome to bring one dog.

This comfortable accommodation property has an attractive white and stone facade, and is surrounded by a grassy lawn. It has a reverse-level layout with the bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor and the open-plan living area at the top. The upstairs has pristine appearance thanks to white walls, light-coloured furniture and huge floor-to-ceiling windows letting plenty of natural light in. On mild mornings, make yourself a coffee with the Nespresso machine, then take it onto the large balcony to enjoy the fresh air. With a garden table and chairs, there’s also plenty of space outside for al fresco evening meals that go late into the night.

In the nearby area, you’ll find a convenience store 100 metres away for any shopping bits you need to pick up, and a pub within 0.5 miles. Abersoch has plenty of shops you can visit and restaurants for eating out, and you may like to enjoy a round of golf (0.5 miles). For a secluded beach, head 3 miles south to visit the popular surfing spot at Porth Neigwl. The former fishing village of Aberdaron (11 miles) is well worth a visit.

The actual location and property were overall excellent. Although we did have problems with the electric. Power disappeared on the first night and we had to call the emergency number who could not do much until the morning when he could get an electrician to call. Electrician came which was all good but in the evening the power went off again. The Read morereason was the cooker was causing a short to occur meaning we had to isolate the cooker and we were not able to use the cooker during our holiday.also the two front doors had problems with each lock and it was difficult to use the keys on both doors each time. if the electrics were in good working order and the doors were either repaired or replaced for new then our score would of been higher as the location is what makes this place so appealing.
