Despite the weather being cold we were warm and comfortable in the cottage the location is good with lovely beaches close by. The cottage is well equipped and very clean. The sky on clear nights was terrific.

A lovely property in a superb location with sea views on 3 sides! Very quiet, and a bit remote, but we knew that from the website! It is in a good spot for easy access (notwithstanding the very narrow lanes!) to reach all the Llyn peninsula easily. Great bed linen and towels provided, very clean and well looked after. We have stayed at the house next door to this one and loved it, the decor is wonderful and there is everything that you need. Our bookings with your company have always been great and we've never had a problem.

Unfortunately there was no hot water all week thankfully the weather was exceptional! Finally after the ground pump was serviced on Friday the penultimate day before we left on the Saturday morning I had a warm shower. No curtesy call from the owners to let us know, luckily the family renting the adjoining property kept us in the loop. The beds werRead moree very unconfutable, I could feel every coil. The barn conversion was just as the pictures on the website depicted, very sympathetic to the original building and ultra-modern inside finished to a high standard. The location was secluded just as the map location advocated however you can hear the noise from the campsite across the road when you sit outside enjoying the evening sun which is a perfect sun trap to enjoy the end of the day. The views of the country side and sunset over the sea was impressive. My two dogs enjoyed the enclosed garden and the two public rights of way one 3 mile loop the other nearly 5 miles was just what they needed to stretch their legs. Shame the national trust do not allow dogs from April to October on the beautiful whistling sands at Traeth Porthor Beach which is only a 25 minute walk. Hide

One or two small niggles such as a sink that would not drain took the edge off our enjoyment. We felt that the guest information was a little sparse, details of local walks would have been good to have and a comments book from previous guests would have been useful. Firstly, we never return to a property as we like to explore all over the UK. However, we do intend to use your website to book future holidays, as we were very impressed with the accommodation and have no complaints.

Regarding equipment at property: shower levers missing, only one hairdryer, no additional rubbish bags, bathroom mirror lights didn't turn off, recycling rubbish bin missing, one electrical plug cover fell off. I texted the owner so she knows.
