Morannedd offers a luxurious, scenic setting to enjoy this welcoming seaside village, from the mile-long beach to the thatched roof bakery, wonderful cafes and two pub restaurants. Located at the most western point of the Llŷn Peninsula, Aberdaron offers direct access to the Wales Coast Path, boat trips to Bardsey Island and an ideal base to explore this delightful part of Wales.

Ground Floor

Large open plan studio apartment benefiting from underfloor heating throughout and amazing sea views.

As you enter the main room, you are immediately drawn to the large glass frontage which brilliantly frames the stunning view over Aberdaron and out to sea. From the privacy of your apartment, you can sit back on the inviting king sized bed to the rear, sink into the sumptuous leather sofa at the front, or throw the glass doors open to soak up the sun on the patio.

Equipped with a 40" Smart TV and DVD player in the lounge area, as well as a stylish dining table with 2 chairs, this luxurious studio apartment really does encourage you to relax from the second you arrive.

The stylish, modern kitchenette area subtly provides all the mod cons, from a 2 ring induction hob and automatic extractor hood to a dishwasher, combined microwave oven / grill and even a Quooker instant boiling water tap, Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a fridge with a large ice compartment (additional freezer in garage if required) and a Smeg toaster.

When you decide to retire to bed for the night, you can still enjoy the view and some magnificent sunsets. Bedside shelves and lamps and a cleverly designed built in wardrobe that provides plenty of storage space.

Stylish wet room with a large walk in shower, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Utility area with a washer dryer and coat hangers.

Enter the garden via the patio doors that lead directly out to an elevated decking with garden furniture. The large, 1 acre lawn area in front of the apartment is also yours to enjoy, with its unrestricted views over the village, surrounding countryside and out to sea.

Judith M,

Alwyn and Eirlys were attentive and delightful hosts of what must be one of the best sited properties in Aberdaron. Being a new extension to the main house the standard of everything was excellent. Ideal bolthole for couples. Stunning location looking over Aberdaron to the sea.

Stunning location. Just what we were looking for somewhere to relax. Lovely friendly greeting from the owner Eirlys. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We really enjoyed our stay. We would recommend it and we will be back!

Mr Andy W,

Fabulous apartment with views to die for. Owners were really hospitable

Mrs Sally G,

The property was beautiful and furnished exceptionally well. We normally bring our own pans etc but our hosts had thought of everything (even a blanket in the wardrobe for you sitting on the terrace on the evening). The view was beautiful. Looking out onto the sea on the evening and in the morning was fabulous. We will definitely be going back some time in the near future. Highly recommended as the drive into Abersoch isn’t too far and it was nice to stay on the outside.
