Enter the four-storey property, which has underfloor heating, at ground-floor level, where there is one of your double bedrooms and its en-suite shower room and a laundry room. Head up to the first floor to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, where you can pull back the bi-folding doors on to the courtyard garden and spill out into the sunshine or sit on the balcony with a glass of wine. The kitchen is well-equipped for catering for your party, there is a table to dine at and ample space for relaxing on the soft seating to play games or watch TV. Wander up another level to discover a double bedroom, with a balcony, and a twin. The family bathroom is also here. The final double bedroom, which has an en-suite shower room, is on the fourth floor. Make the most of the outside space at the property by dining outside on fine days and sitting out in the courtyard garden as the sun goes down. There is parking here for two cars.

Spend time swimming, playing games and trying your hand at water sports at the beach in Abersoch. The long, sandy beach at Porth Neigwl, 2.5 miles away, is popular for surfing. Plan a group trip out to fascinating Port Meirion, a colourful Welsh village with Italianate architecture.

Lovely property in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay but it could use a deep clean and refreshing up a bit. Otherwise would highly recommend

We had an absolutely lovely stay here - the house is beautiful in a great location. Plenty of space and a great outdoor space too. Would love to return and highly recommend!

Tiny tv in main room. 2 blinds that don't work. Damaged chairs. No toilet rolls on arrival. Very spacious property in a great location

Some of the pans and baking was not left in clean manner think an inspection needs to be carried out once the property is vacated , the lower floor room the bed is not suitable for two adults as it collapsed on mothers occasions bed seems cheap
