You’ll be 4 miles from the idyllic coastal village of Aberdaron, and can also enjoy day trips to Abersoch, Porth Neigwl, and Pwllheli (all within 12 miles). In the evenings, sip a sundowner on the patio overlooking the surrounding countryside.
The farmhouse is on a working farm and has been carefully renovated to retain many original features. Enter via the small entrance porch and into the cosy lounge, which has a beamed ceiling and comfortable seating arranged around a TV and electric fire. The farmhouse-style kitchen/diner has everything you need to create delicious meals, to share around the wooden dining table. Just off the kitchen is a utility room and completing the ground floor is a handy shower room. Upstairs, discover three delightful bedrooms – two doubles and a bunk bedroom - along with the family bathroom. To the front of the cottage is an enclosed patio where you can relax and take in the spectacular views towards Aberdaron. You’ll also have access to a grassed area between the cottage and the barn, which is ideal for four-legged visitors.
Aberdaron is a charming Welsh coastal village. Dine in the cute eateries, before heading down to the 1-mile-long sandy beach. Children will love exploring the rock pools and sea caves, and it’s also a popular spot for water sports. From Port Meudwy (6 miles), hop on a boat to the National Nature Reserve of Bardsey Island to see the seals and sea birds. Plas yn Rhiw National Trust (3 miles) also makes a lovely day out. Wander around the 16th-century country house and take in the breathtaking views across Cardigan Bay.
