The property, which sleeps eight guests, has a sociable, open-plan layout and enjoys magnificent views across the water to Eryri - Snowdonia; it’s the perfect place to fully relax with friends and family. The independent shops and eateries of Porthmadog are within 0.5 miles, and the vast beach at Black Rock Sands is 3 miles away.

The waterside property enjoys exceptional views across the Glaslyn Estuary from its floor-to-ceiling windows. Enter via a spacious hallway and climb the private staircase to the first floor. The main living area is a stunning, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, bathed in natural light and boasting luxurious touches including leather sofas and underfloor heating. Cook up a storm in the elegant kitchen to share at the breakfast bar or grand dining table. After dinner, retire to the lounge area, or challenge fellow guests to a table tennis match in the cosy games room. Three large, en-suite bedrooms complete the first floor. A spectacular super-king-size bedroom is set on the second floor, with an en-suite bathroom, relaxation area, and jaw-dropping views through the gable windows. A wrap-around, decked balcony is accessed from the first floor, providing the perfect place for al fresco dining on a summer’s day.

Porthmadog is a bustling harbour town with a good range of shops and eateries to explore. Steeped in maritime history, a visit to the museum is a must, as is a ride on one of the three narrow-gauge railways that pass through the town. A jaunt along the Wales Coast Path brings you to Criccieth (6 miles), known as the gateway to the Llyn Peninsula and famous for its dramatic castle ruins on the headland. Portmeirion Village (3 miles) makes a lovely day out, wandering amongst the Italianate architecture and ornamental gardens.

Stunning property, very luxurious and amazing views. Lovely welcome pack supplied. Highly recommend staying here. Great location near Portmeirion and the steam railway.

The Boathouse was absolutely amazing with breathtaking views. The property was perfect in every way. It was beautifully decorated and well equipped with high quality furniture and equipment in the kitchen.The property was very comfortable with lots of room for everyone. We loved every minute of our stay with our children and grandchildren. FantasRead moretic memories have been made here The location was fantastic round the corner from all the amenities. The host Wales Cottage Holidays and Jane were both very good communicating with me, I fully recommend you to book with them.
