The local golf club is also less than a mile away. Take the coast path for stunning views (on a clear day you can see Anglesey); the village of Nefyn is just 1.5 miles away and has further amenities. Pwllheli (7 miles) and Abersoch (11 miles) are also within easy reach, and the edge of Eryri (Snowdonia) is around 20 miles away.
Take two steps up and head into the hallway of this imposing, semi-detached retreat. Hang coats in the hallway, with beautiful Victorian encaustic tiles lining the floor, before heading into the kitchen/diner at the front of the property. Here you’ll have a fabulous kitchen with an American-style fridge/freezer and a breakfast bar seating five. In the bay window sits a generous dining table for eight, which can be extended, with additional seats provided. The separate lounge offers further comfort, with soft sofas and a Sky Glass TV, ideal for movie nights and catching up with a must-see box set. A shower room completes the ground floor. The family bathroom is on the first floor, offering the chance of either a refreshing shower or a long soak after a day on the beach. Also on this level are four charming bedrooms – two doubles, a king-size with a TV, and a small double (with a 4’3” bed). The games room on this level offers the chance to let off steam and test your skills. The remaining two bedrooms are on the top floor: a super-king-size bedroom that features an additional single bed, and a small single room. They are tucked under the eaves and have some areas of low, sloping ceiling. All the bedrooms have been designed so everyone has a comfortable space to relax and unwind after a memorable day by the sea.
