Boasting mid-century modern aesthetics with a bohemian twist, this elegantly designed holiday home invites eight guests to stay on North Wales’ Llyn Peninsula. The crown jewel of this magnificent property is its impeccable outdoor space, fabulously landscaped with features including hammocks, a fire pit and a built-in BBQ, entirely enclosed to allow children and dogs to play safely. Outside the property, the many appeals of the peninsula lay waiting to be explored, with the owners ready to offer surf lessons via prior arrangement for those novices hoping to hit the waves. Whether you head out on a guided tour or take to the beach on your own, the property offers a selection of surfing and beach gear to borrow and an outdoor shower when you return home.

Complimenting the incredible outdoor space at the back of the house, the interior of this single-storey property is just as breathtaking with spacious rooms and trending décor. Spend time in the exceptional lounge/kitchen/diner where bespoke fittings, modern furniture and plush sofas await. The sofas are positioned opposite a wood burner and a Smart TV, encouraging you to warm up frozen toes after a day amongst the waves. When it’s time for bed, find three beautiful bedrooms on this floor, one offering space for four to sleep, ideal for younger guests.

A pleasant country road leads down to Abersoch, around half a mile away. This impeccable seaside resort lies waiting with a beautiful beach, a sailing and water sports centre and plenty of businesses including independent bistros and shops. The village is a fantastic base for circular walks around the Llyn Peninsula AONB, so don’t forget your hiking boots. For optimal surf conditions visit Porth Neigwl (2 miles), aka Hell’s Mouth. This vast sand and shingle beach is exposed to the Atlantic Ocean, creating ginormous waves just waiting to be ripped.

We had a fantastic stay at Eryri; the bungalow is comfortable and extremely spacious with a large, secure outside area at the rear of the property. the owner, Byron, could not have been anymore helpful during our stay. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.
