Welsh for ’seascape’, Morlun is a beautiful cottage in a peaceful part of Abersoch and with a breathtaking coastal view. It is an ideal choice for a family or a group of friends looking for a relaxing seaside holiday on the scenic Llyn Peninsula. Abersoch’s vibrant town centre and wide sandy beaches, lined with picturesque beach huts, are less than a mile away, and perfect for a day building sandcastles and enjoying water sports such as sailing, swimming, surfing, and Paddle boarding.

This attractive two-storey property has plenty of natural light and a beach house vibe that instantly relaxes you. It has a reverse-level design, including a spacious L-shaped living space on the first floor that takes full advantage of the panoramic views of Abersoch and the Llyn Peninsula, backed by Snowdonia’s iconic mountain range. The living area creates a great social space for friends and family. A picnic table and bench-style dining area add to the relaxed feel, and a contemporary kitchen makes meal preparation a cinch. A king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room completes the first floor. Downstairs, you’ll find a stylish family bathroom, shower room, and three bedrooms - one super-king-size, one twin, and one double. A private balcony with a large corner sofa leads off from the dining area, perfect for chilled drinks, uninterrupted views and watching amazing sunsets. Outside is an enclosed rear lawned garden with furniture.

The Llyn Coastal Path runs through Abersoch, offering scenic clifftop walks to Llanbedrog (4 miles) and Pwllheli (8 miles). To discover more about the local history and culture, visit the beautiful house and ornamental garden at Plas yn Rhiw (7 miles) and Oriel Plas Glyn y Weddw Gallery in Llanbedrog (3.5 miles). Alternatively, for a family day away from the beach, Glasfryn Parc (12 miles) offers go-karting, wakeboarding and ten-pin bowling.

Perfect place to stay for 3couples as we each had our own bathroom. Very well equipped , even down to picnic set and cool bag. Centrally located with only a short walk up the hill, its worth it!! Beautiful views from the open plan living/dining area.
