This semi-detached, two-storey property has a reverse-level layout with the main living space on the ground floor and the bedrooms and bathrooms on the lower ground floor. Light and airy with a subtle coastal theme throughout, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including underfloor heating to keep toes toasty in winter. The light-filled lounge/kitchen/diner is ideal for socialising and relaxing together. Rustle up family favourites in the chic, modern kitchen, and dine on the indoor dining table or on the raised rear terrace, which is a suntrap in good weather! Enjoy cosy evenings on the sofa, next to patio doors with superb views over the golf course, or settle in the lounge to catch up on your favourite TV series. Set in recognised sailing waters, this is the ideal spot to indulge in a range of water sports, from surfing and sailing to paddleboarding and water-skiing. Alternatively hop in a boat to explore Abersoch bay, St Tudwals Islands and Porth Ceiriad – and keep your eyes peeled for dolphins!

We were without gas for 4 days no hot water for 2days were unable use gas hob which made preparing food difficult .Owners were very apologetic problem with suppliers. Beautiful cottage, very modern with everything you could need to make a comfortable holiday. We enjoyed the sunny aspect & the views from the lounge area. We would recommend it & stay there again if ever were in the Abersoch area.
