A beautiful, light and airy house in a central location, just half a mile from the famous long sandy beaches of Abersoch, is ideal for a family or group of friends looking for a coastal retreat on the spectacular Llyn Peninsula. Abersoch is a beautiful seaside resort where you can spend your days on the beach building sandcastles or in the water sailing, swimming, surfing, and kayaking.

This attractive two-storey house has been cleverly designed with living spaces on the top floor, so you can relax on the sunny balcony and enjoy your morning brew. The rooms have a coastal theme, and the open-plan living/kitchen/dining room is flooded with natural light. Settle in on the comfortable sofas and the wood burner keeps you cosy all year round as you unwind in front of the TV. The smart kitchen area has all you need to make meal preparation a breeze, and you can dine alfresco on the balcony in fine weather. On the ground floor, there are two lovely bedrooms - one king-size and one double with an additional single bed. A bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC completes the offering of this chic coastal property. Outside there is a garden which you share with ten other properties.

Exploring this beautiful part of Wales is a real pleasure. A great day out for all the family is Glasfryn Parc (12 miles) which offers activities such as go-karting, wakeboarding and ten-pin bowling. If you enjoy walking, you can follow sections of the Llyn Coastal Path, which runs through Abersoch and offers scenic cliff walks to Llanbedrog (4 miles) and Pwllheli (8 miles). Alternatively, discover more about the rich local history and culture by visiting the beautiful house and ornamental garden at Plas yn Rhiw (7 miles) and the Oriel Plas Glyn y Weddw Gallery in Llanbedrog (3.5 miles).

Water pressure was very poor. The shower was poor. No toilet brush in the property. Told that there was no washing machine at property but there was. Communication kackin.Needs tumble dryer, as no real drying facilities. Double glazed unit seal has gone. Misted window. Kitchen poorly serviced, lack of utensils and crockery appeared to be a mix ofRead more items. Only one serving dish. Which was just a salad/ trifle bowl. No full size dinner plates. Immersion heater was noisy as if airlock in system. Switched it off after hearing banging noise! Unfortunately for the money we paid, we would not stay at this property again as we believe it was overpriced for what we got. Location is excellent, and the property was reasonably clean. Hide

Overall we were very happy with our holiday. The house was just right for us and perfectly located for beach, village and spar. Just a few points. Key box - we could not open it, luckily the cleaner (Donna?) came very quickly and opened it for us but I suspect the next person will also struggle Hot water - made a horrible noise, ended up giving up Read morewith the bath and just having showers Stair gate - we thought this was dangerous, there was a gap underneath that you could easily catch your toes or flipflop under which would cause you to trip down the stairs.
