This charming holiday home is on the outskirts of the pretty village of Llanbedrog and is perfect for couples and small families seeking a relaxing seaside break. You’ll be less than 0.5 miles from the sandy beach, where you can also join the breathtaking coastal path. Nearby day trips include the surfing hotspot of Porth Neigwl and the quaint village of Abersoch (both within 6 miles). In the evenings, sip a sundowner on your south-facing balcony and soak up the stunning views.

The chic property has a reverse-level layout and is decorated in a contemporary style. Enter on the ground floor, where you’ll find the two tasteful bedrooms – a king-size and a double - and family bathroom, before heading upstairs to the bright living space. This open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is flooded with natural light, thanks to full-length patio doors framing the distant sea views. Relax on the L-shaped sofa to watch a film on the Smart TV, and come together for memorable mealtimes around the dining table. There’s also a breakfast bar in the sleek kitchen area for informal dining. The patio doors open onto a south-facing patio, where you can dine alfresco in summer months. You’ll also have access to shared lawns at the front and rear of the property.

Llanbedrog is full of Welsh charm and has a lovely range of independent shops and eateries, as well as two family-friendly pubs. The Wales Coast Path passes through the village, offering fabulous walking opportunities. Another popular route takes you to the summit of Mynydd Tir-y-Cwmwd, where you can admire the iconic tin man statue and enjoy spectacular views across Cardigan Bay. The cottage was in a great location within a lovely village. The cottage was warm, comfortable and well equipped. The only negative was that the towel radiator had been disconnected to accomodate underfloor heating in the bathroom, unfortunately underfloor heating does not dry towels.
