A gem of a property, it is perched on the Rhiw Hillside with incredible views over Porth Neigwl and offers an abundance of walking routes from your doorstep. Featuring the original font and memorial headstone, pass through the entrance hall and into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which sits beneath a lofty ceiling supported by gorgeous exposed wooden beams. This striking room is made even more dramatic thanks to the sea views which you can witness via the enormous windows set within thick stone walls. On ground level, you’ll also find a king-size suite with a spacious en-suite bathroom. There’s also a walk-in shower room on this floor. Upstairs, a beautiful mezzanine lounge sits surrounded by infinity glass; a fabulous space offering plenty of seating (including a double sofa bed), TV and a retro arcade game, great for evenings in. A second king-size bedroom is located just off the mezzanine - set over two levels, it features an exposed stone wall and a large arched window at floor level. An operational graveyard surrounds the property; it is a tranquil spot, perfect for quiet reflection and boasts breathtaking views over the Llyn Peninsula.

A wonderful base for walkers wanting to explore the many trails nearby, with Plas Yn Rhiw and Rhiw Village Walk in easy reach and the peaceful Plas Yn Rhiw National Trust gardens just 1 mile away. A special, historic building with a beautiful, modern internal conversion. High on a hillside, the views along the countryside to Y Rhiw and down over Hell's Mouth bay, are stunning. Being out on the Llyn peninsula, the sea is in charge of the weather, which makes it either glorious or atmospheric. We loved the comfort of the sleeping and eatinRead moreg areas, and the retention of old features alongside the modern conveniences. A lovely place to stay. Hide

The place was well equipped and comfortable. Quite stunning. Only downside, really no outside to sit and relax.
