Escape to a stylish and homely cottage with bright interiors and far-reaching views of the countryside and coastline in the Llyn Peninsula. Wake up to sea views in the master bedroom, and enjoy quality time with your loved ones on the tranquil balcony with a glass of wine. Spend your time exploring the coast, tasting the local cuisine and surrounding yourself with nature.

Step inside and admire the views through the glass wall with patio doors in the open-plan living area. The kitchen is neutral-toned and spacious with a dining table and chairs at the centre of it. Continue into the contemporary lounge with pops of colour throughout, comfortable seating and a wood burner. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom and two bedrooms – a king-size with patio doors and a double. Upstairs is another bathroom plus two bedrooms – a small twin room and a king-size. Outside there is seating on the large, elevated balcony with sweeping views of the coast.

Wander into the centre of Pwllheli (1.5 miles), where you’ll find a picturesque marina, an array of seafood eateries, supermarkets and independent shops. The closest beaches are Traeth Glan-y-Don (2 miles) and Pwllheli Beach (2 miles). For an afternoon of swinging at T’s head to Clwb Golff Pwllheli (2.5 miles), or venture into the Llyn Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (4.5 miles). Here you’ll find an abundance of nature trails, hidden coves, rugged coastline and scenic viewpoints – don’t miss Porth Neigwl (10 miles) and Llanbedrog Viewpoint (6 miles).

Lovely cottage, really convenient location close to Pwllheli and Abersoch and lots of other places near by to spend the day. The view from the terrace is stunning!

Honest Review: Wow, what can I say you turn the corner to grab the key and it hits you straight away, The view from the terrace is outstanding , best I've ever seen from a holiday home , from the rolling countryside to the mountains and to top it off the wonderful bay of sandy beaches and beautiful sea. It's amazing , You won't be disappointed.The Read moreproperty inside is spacious enough for eight, all the bedrooms are a very good size accept the small twin room probably only suitable for children. My son did complain about the mattress springs sticking through were the mattress is not padded well. Both king size bedrooms are well equipped accept the curtains as they let all the light steam in at 5 am. It could do with some black out curtains, if you like a dark room.The kitchen is well equipped but cooker is not very good takes an age to heat and the washing machine is on its way out as it bangs when spinning and the timer got a mind of its own and goes up as well as down , so be prepared to wait ,how long, depends how it feels. The property is so lovely with the most incredible views across the bay. Its even better than shown on the pictures. We cant wait to return.

A wonderful holiday home with breathtaking views of the sea, fields and mountains. Perfect for our multi-generational family. Well equipped home and lots of places to visit within an hours drive. We look forward to staying again.

A very comfortable, warm, well equipped cottage with a fantastic view. The terrace was a big highlight. The access needs to be clearer when booking as the front steps and slope are steep.

Other than the items mentioned above, we had a lovely stay at Maes Teg, but would question the overall value for money and whether we would pay over 1800 again for a week there. That price for the current quality of the facilities is a bit steep.

Maes Teg is in a stunning location with amazing views from the patio - a lovely place to sit for meals or just a drink, we could not tear ourselves away from the views of the sea and Snowdonia. The cottage is well equipped, spacious and clean - and lovely and airy especially with the patio doors open.

What a gem of a place! A great cottage with the most amazing view that you don't get tired of looking at - absolutely stunning! Lovely property in a beautiful location, we travelled to many areas all within 30 - 60 minutes drive away. The views were amazing. Mattresses very comfy. Plenty of space in the property for eight guests.
