This was our second visit to this warm, comfortable & quiet bungalow, The location just outside Pwllheli is ideal, being a short walk into town, the marina, harbour & beaches; it is also not very far from bus stops & the train station so a car isn't really necessary.

Really enjoyed my stay. Loads of room and very comfortable. Washer and dryer very useful with little ones and trips to the beach. Great for out of season with central heating and log burner. Location is great for the convenience of Pwhelli and access to everywhere on the Llyn. Lots of games, good Wi-Fi. Great value.

This property in our opinion is not a 4*. On arrival I had to go round every single room with the extendable duster and removed cobwebs and spindly spiders not a great first impression. A window in the lounge would not shut in fact it was stuck in place of slightly open. The window in the double room didn't seal so when we had windy weather the Read morenet curtain blew. There is no wardrobe in the double room just coat hooks for your clothes unless you use the massive set of wooden drawers. I did think to use the single room wardrobe space however it suffered from damp so decided I didn't want my clothes in there just used the hooks in the double room. The radiator in the kitchen was rusting so we weren't confident in turning the heating on. Freezer was full of ice needs a defrost we only used for ice packs. A bag of peas had been left in there so we left as it was. Kitchen drainer was black on the underside so I gave that a good scrub along with the washing up liquid holder. The front door and back door/porch are original doors so the wind does blew under them. Although there is a draft excluder for the front door which we used it really doesn't help. The laundry room is a small wooden porch with a washing machine and dryer stacked on each other cold and not appealing. You use the porch to go out to the garden which has a pleasant decking. Outside large table and chairs provided we managed to find 2 chairs that were not broken and enjoyed a few evenings sat in the sunshine. If you are not spending much time in this property then I can see how perhaps it's appealing however as it was autumn for us we wanted somewhere we could cosy up when the weather was bad and we didn't feel comfortable with the cleanliness of the property to do that. Sadly on day 5 of our stay we decided we couldn't comfortably relax there due to the damp smell and cleanliness so we packed up and travelled home. The positives were the lovely welcome pack of flowers, cheese, crackers, prosecco and milk which was gratefully received. The bed in the double room was comfortable. The shower was powerful. The decking area was pleasant. Enough parking for 2 cars. Good location for exploring. Hide

This is a great bungalow. Location is perfect for exploring the Llyn peninsula and is also near supermarkets Lidl and Spar and 2 petrol stations. It is just off the main road but quiet. We have now stayed at this property a number of times. It is quiet, comfortable and well located for the Llyn Peninsula and Snowdonia. Great bungalow in a good location, very quiet. The bungalow was very comfortable and it was lovely having the wood burning stove to relax in front of in the evenings after good long walks and a drink in pub. Easy to walk down to the town and amenities, catch the train to Porthmadog or drive to Abersoch.

An extremely well equipped property - the best we have ever had. The only thing we couldnt find were oven gloves. Lots of storage space too which is very useful on holidays. We thought the location was good on the outskirts of Pwllheli but only a 10-15 minute walk to the town centre. Very quiet and pleasant neighbours too. Slightly tired on the outRead moreside of the property but garden was lovely - lots of space to dry clothing and space to sit. More attention needed to be paid to the nooks and crannies of cleaning so to speak but overall clean. Lots of products supplied to use if needed Hide
