Sleeping 14 guests over six bedrooms and featuring stylish decor, a games room, an expansive garden and a hot tub with uninterrupted ocean views, this incredible home is the perfect location for a group gathering in North Wales.

Upon entering, you’ll be greeted with floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors that lead out to a raised slate patio. This contemporary kitchen/diner boasts a large wooden table as well as a marble island/breakfast bar that’s perfect for entertaining. A quirky double-sided wood burner faces into this space and the lounge, creating a cosy atmosphere perfect for any occasion. The living room is beautifully decorated and furnished with a fabulous mix of old and new. There’s a second large living room with a decorative tiled fireplace, ideal for relaxing or watching TV. The bedrooms are equally impressive, with the stunning en-suite family bedroom on the ground floor offering a king-size bed and bunks. Upstairs, there are two king-size bedrooms, one double and one twin, both decorated with tasteful neutral tones, and there’s a gorgeous family bathroom and separate shower room too. The second floor is a private paradise, with its own sitting area, shower room and twin bedroom. Outside, guests can enjoy the large slate patio with garden furniture, a gas BBQ, and a bubbling hot tub, all while taking in the spectacular views. There’s also a large lawned garden area and an outdoor games room providing endless entertainment for all.

Take a stroll to the stunning Porth Neigwl beach (0.5 miles) or explore further afield and discover the golden sands of Aberdaron Beach (4 miles) or Abersoch Beach (6.5 miles). Embark on the Llyn Coastal Path from the charming local village of Rhiw (0.5 miles) and immerse yourself in the rugged beauty of the coastline. The National Trust’s Plas yn Rhiw is 500 metres away - immerse yourself in the area’s rich history and marvel at the beauty of the well-manicured grounds.

Llwynfor is a fabulous property with stunning sea views. The property is extremely well equipped and very comfortable. There is plenty of space to cook, eat and relax, both inside and out. The location is perfect, it is quiet and private, with lovely walks and cycling from the door. A stunning location in any weather, and on a clear day the views are beyond spectacular. The property itself is spacious, with spaces for whole group get-togethers and also plenty of other spaces to escape to for peace and quiet. Add in the hot-tub and the games room and there is something for everyone. The beds are comfy, the showers are spacious Read moreand powerful, and the kitchen is well-equipped (two dish washers; two ovens!). If you can bring yourself to venture out, Aberdaron is a lovely little village with a family friendly beach just 10 mins up the road, with plenty of beach, cafes and places to eat, and a handy Spar supermarket. The owner is on hand if you need them, and is lovely. We try and holiday as a multi-generational family every year, and this has to be the best property we have found so far. Superb! Hide

We stayed here for a 50th birthday celebration. 11 of us stayed very comfortably. The location is perfect, we got a sunrise even in January!! The house is very well equipped. Its exceptionally clean and the decor is lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Carol (the owner) came over to see us upon arrival to run through the hot tub. She was lovely Read moreand friendly. An amazing property in a magical location. It's so beautiful that you don't need to leave. But if you do want to, the walks directly from the house are perfect for all abilities. We have stayed in many places similar in size to this and none have been so well presented and equipped, we loved our time here and would definitely recommend it. The hosts had thought of everything and the welcome pack is the best we have received, the hot tub was excellent and in a perfect spot and the games room added to the fun.

Wonderful house in an awesome location. Enormous fabulous kitchen, fireplace, two comfy lounges, loads of beds and showers, hot tub, games room.....and the most beautiful view. Had a fantastic stay.
