Escape to a cosy couple’s bolthole with your four-legged friend on the Llyn Peninsula. Surround yourself with nature and enjoy long romantic strolls through the countryside and along the coast. Spend your evenings relaxing in the tranquil garden with a bottle of bubbly or snuggling up on the sofa in the open-plan living area with a traditional slate hearth with wood burner effect electric fire and TV.
Walk through the entrance hall to reach the lounge/diner with two comfortable sofas and an occasional chair next to French doors which lead to the patio. There is also an antique dining table with two chairs for enjoying home-cooked meals with your other half. The kitchen is traditional and homely with warm neutral tones and plenty of surface space for preparing a meal. Completing the inside of the cottage is a double bedroom with views of the garden plus a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Outside is a patio, lawned area and seating.
Unwind during your stay in this rural property in the Llyn Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Enjoy beach days with Fido at the nearby quiet Traeth Porth Ceiriad beach (2 miles) or the vast, golden sandy Porth Neigwl beach (1.5 miles). Bring your walking boots and take advantage of the trails along the rugged coastline. Head to the seaside town of Abersoch (1 mile) for a meal out, some shopping or to sit beside the harbour and watch the boats bobbing by. Further afield you can set off on an adventure on a boat trip from Aberdaron (11 miles) which will take you to Bardsey Island where you can find a lighthouse, bird observatory and a cafe.
