Booking Information
Booking Start Dates
- Weekly Bookings: Normally Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday; this is stated on each individual property page on our website. Out of season, it's often possible to arrange for a booking to start on any day to suit your requirements. Just ask us and we'll see what we can do!
- Short Break Bookings: Available at most of our properties - usually at certain times of the year but it's always worth a phone call to us as we may be able to accommodate you.
- Christmas & New Year Weeks: These may differ from normal changeover days, depending on which day of the week Christmas Day and New Year's Day fall. Whatever your preferred start date, do ask - we'll try to accommodate!
Security Deposits
A security deposit is requested at all properties. Details are available from us; you will be advised when you book and the details will be noted on our booking confirmation to you. These deposits are listed on our website at the bottom of the property description for properties where they apply.
Deposit/Balance
A deposit of one third of the weekly or short break price plus booking fee is required for each week (or part week) booked.
The payment balance is due twelve weeks in advance; payment in full is required for bookings made less than twelve weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
Booking Confirmations
After we've processed your booking and deposit, we'll send you confirmation of your booking (usually by email). Then, when payment has been received in full, you'll be sent full details of the property including the address and directions, the owner's name and contact telephone number, electricity and heating details etc. Arrival and departure times may vary between properties, but can be found on the property detail pages on our website. After you place a booking, they will also be confirmed in your booking details.
