Wyntops is a spacious and beautifully presented detached family home with a very convenient location in the centre of Abersoch village.

Set on a quiet road in Abersoch, the house is just a 2 minute walk to the harbour, beaches, shops and restaurants. Wyntops enjoys the peace and privacy of a fully enclosed garden which is not overlooked and also has plenty of parking.

With three bedrooms and a bathroom plus separate shower-room Wyntops is ideal for one large family or two families sharing. The property has a front facing lounge and a spacious open plan dining room and newly fitted kitchen which overlooks the rear garden. A patio door from here leads to the garden and sun terrace. Downstairs the house has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and shower room. Upstairs the third bedroom sleeps 4 children in bunk beds with the option of 2 additional children sleeping on 2 folding beds.

The property has Sky channels on TVs throughout the house and also benefits from wireless broadband.

Given the choice of 2 downstairs bedrooms with bathroom and shower room the house would be a good choice for guests with limited mobility.

guest comments

"We had been impressed by what we saw about Wyntops on the website, but were delighted to find the reality exceeded our expectations. The house is beautifully finished throughout and has such a lovely feel about it. It is cosy enough for a couple, yet big enough to accommodate a large family.  The location is also ideal for combining easy walking access on to all parts of the village as well as the beaches.  We also loved the privacy of the patio and garden.  Highly recommended!" Helen F, June 2010

"We have loved our visit to Wyntops. It's like a home from home - comfortable, modern and well equipped.  Everything about it speaks quality.  It's also perfectly located - central yet very private.  We can't wait to get back there." The Reidy Family, June 2010

"We stayed at Wyntops over the Easter break - the house was warm, comfortable and easy to use. There really is everything you would ever need, with a genuine consideration for those new to the area or those returning to Abersoch as a favourite haunt. The well stocked information folders provided inspiration for a huge range of activities and we went go-karting, walking and even climbed Snowdon ! A welcoming home from home and one we would like to return to. " The Themans, April 2010
