Bed Linen - fresh bed linen is included at 1 Coed y Llyn, 2 Coed y Llyn, 10 Afon y Felin, 250 Cae Du, Argraig, Borth Cottage, Caer Engan, Cartref Bach, Dolwen, Golygfa, Hafdy Bach, Henryd, Helsian, Hyfrydle, Idrisfa, Kookaburra, Llwyn Madoc, Mona, Mor Glas, Mor Gragen, Plas Deucoch, R10 The Warren, Stroma, Ty Hir, Ty Ni, Trigfa, Tynllan, Wyntops, Y Fras, 4 Ynys Fawr and 5 Ynys Fawr. Bed linen optional for Lleyn Cottage & Tyddyn Difyr. Please bring your own bedding for Argoed, 73 Cae Du, 129 Cae Du, 130 Cae Du, 243 Cae Du, 273 Cae Du, Garnedd, Gwylfa, Llanw & Tonnau - quilts and pillows are provided.

Security deposits are required for all properties - interest earned on security deposits is paid to the RNLI.

Autumn & Winter Short Breaks - short breaks are available from October to March. Where possible we include a 'Lazy Sunday' late departure for weekend breaks. Short breaks are not usually available during school holidays but please ask if the dates are getting close. Short break rentals are calculated as follows :

3 Nights	-	70% of full week
4 Nights	-	80% of full week
5 Nights	-	90% of full week

Price variations - our prices may vary from time to time. The price quoted at the time of bookings is the price you will pay, even if we decide to increase/decrease the price of the holiday in the meantime.

Mor Glas Couple Discount - our reduced costs associated with a party of 2 people allows us to offer a 20% discount on our normal weekly rate. Not applicable over UK school holidays.

Payments - You can book your holiday as an online reservation by filling in the booking form. Most bookings are confirmed the same day. We take 25% deposit with your balance and security deposit due 6 weeks before your stay. Full rentals are required for bookings within 6 weeks of the holiday start. We can reserve a property for four working days, if payment is not received within this period then the property will be released as available. We welcome payment by cheque, bank transfer or Paypal (subject to 3% surcharge). You do not need a Paypal account to pay by Paypal, we email you a link to their secure server which accepts most credit and debit cards.
