With four bedrooms and a bathroom plus separate shower-room, Môr Gragen is ideal for one large family or two families sharing. The open plan lounge / dining room leads into a newly fitted kitchen which overlooks the rear garden. Double doors lead from the dining room into a large conservatory. Patio doors from here lead to the south facing garden and sun terrace. Downstairs the house has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and newly fitted shower room. Upstairs the main bedroom enjoys views across the garden. There is also a games area with TV/DVD, games and toys.

Given the choice of 3 bedrooms downstairs with bathroom and shower room the house would be a good choice for guests with limited mobility.
