This charming seaside retreat boasts a prime position on the outskirts of the bustling village of Abersoch. The property sleeps seven guests and is perfect for families and groups of friends seeking a traditional seaside holiday – you’ll even have access to your own, private beach hut on the village’s main beach. The village centre, with its cafes, bars, and restaurants is 0.5 miles away, or you can spend your evenings dining alfresco on the raised patio overlooking Cardigan Bay.
The bungalow has a home-away-from-home feel, with a collection of cute accessories and plush soft furnishings to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The main living area – a lounge/kitchen/diner – is open plan and has a cosy wood burner and an array of comfortable sofas arranged around a Smart TV. The sleek kitchen area has everything you need to cater for the group, and there’s a dining table to seat everyone. On a warm day, open the patio doors to extend the living space outside and admire the distant views across Cardigan Bay. The property has three bedrooms, including a bunk bedroom that accommodates two adults or three children. The master king-size bedroom has an en-suite shower room, and there’s also a family bathroom. Outside, soak up the sunshine on the patio, whilst admiring the tranquil sea views.
Abersoch has a family-friendly beach that’s popular with bathers, as well as water sports enthusiasts. Regular boat trips depart during summer months, taking you on wildlife-watching excursions around St Tudwal and Bardsey Island. Abersoch is a great base for walkers, with six popular circular routes starting and ending in the village, taking you along the coast and through the surrounding countryside. From Abersoch, you can take a day trip to the picturesque, Italianate village of Portmeirion, just 23 miles away.
