This contemporary lodge is set within the most spectacular scenery of the Llyn Peninsula and is just a mile from the fashionable seaside town of Abersoch, North Wales. A fabulous base for a small family or two couples, the location offers peace and tranquillity away from the hubbub, yet within minutes you can find yourselves in the heart of a popular seaside resort.
Set across one level with a handy entrance hall for added storage, step into the cosy open-plan lounge, which is tastefully decorated in a soft, neutral scheme which runs throughout the property. The kitchen and dining space is well-equipped and bathed in natural light thanks to the Velux windows. There are two attractive bedrooms, a comfortable twin and a king-size bedroom, with the latter benefitting from an en-suite shower room. Outside, there is plenty of space to relax and take in the spectacular views. On the veranda, you’ll find a family-sized dining set, chairs and an umbrella and to the side of the lodge, there is a private, enclosed garden with a terrace – the ideal spot for a BBQ.
Enjoy plenty of peace and tranquillity in this beautiful location; the lodge sits within 1 mile of Abersoch and its amenities. The local beach is a well-known centre for water sports where sailing and windsurfing lessons can be arranged, whilst the village’s historic port is where you can find traditional shops, cafes and delis. Any keen surfers in your party? Local haunt Porth Neigwl (also known as Hell’s Mouth Beach) is celebrated for its excellent conditions and can be reached within 3 miles of the property. Or for a quiet, family-friendly beach, Llanbedrog is a charming location. Those wanting to take a scenic walk can reach the village via the coast path in just under 3 miles, roughly an hour’s walk.
