Head to the coastal village of Abersoch and enjoy a stay in this trendy contemporary townhouse close to beaches, market towns and historic sites. This Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is one for the bucket list. The cottage, sleeping six, takes up a desirable central location boasting easy access to all the pubs, restaurants, shops and the sandy beaches of Abersoch.

The cottage itself is stylish in design and offers a dreamy space to relax in after days out and about. The modern fitted kitchen is kitted out with everything you need. The lounge has two comfy sofas, an armchair and a TV for those chilled nights in. Enjoy sophisticated dining in the beautiful conservatory which opens out onto the garden and furnished patio area, perfect for outdoor meals and BBQs. There is a handy shower room on the ground floor taking the total bathroom count to three. On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms, one en-suite double bedroom with balcony views over the harbour, and one twin room with views over the courtyard. You’ll also find a family bathroom with a separate bath and shower. Continue up to the second floor to find a super-king-size bedroom with a sloping ceiling and skylight windows, a nice private spot at the top of the house.

Make sure time is taken to potter around the quiet streets of Abersoch, discovering all the hidden gems along the way. Porth Neigwl Beach (2.5 miles) is long and sandy and offers hours of entertainment for families looking for chilled-out days by the sea. There is an 18-hole golf course if you fancy a round with your friends. Nearby water sports include jet-skiing, kayaking and windsurfing amongst others, and you can take a boat trip from the harbour where the grey seals of Saint Tudawal’s Islands are a favourite.

We all loved the boatyard. The house was very fresh, well appointed and well equipped. Its an ideal location for Abersoch town, beach and the Warren Beach.
