Porth Neigwl Beach (2.5 miles) is long and sandy and offers hours of entertainment for families looking for chilled-out days by the sea. There is an 18-hole golf course if you fancy a round with your friends. Nearby water sports include jet-skiing, kayaking and windsurfing amongst others, and you can take a boat trip from the harbour where the grey seals of Saint Tudawal’s Islands are a favourite.
