The 18th-century farmhouse is laid out as two separate units – the main house and the rear wing – connected via an entrance conservatory. The main house has a spacious, farmhouse-style kitchen/diner, with striking exposed beams, ample worktop space, and a dining table to seat 12 guests. There is also a second kitchen, providing extra space for food preparation. After dinner, relax in the characterful lounge, snuggled up on the sumptuous sofas in the glow of the wood burner. The ground floor also houses an elegant twin bedroom, with views across the garden. Four more bedrooms, including a bunk bedroom, are located upstairs. One of the bedrooms has en-suite facilities, and there is also a family bathroom and a shower room. The rear wing of the property has a bright lounge/summer room with sofas, bean bags, and a plethora of original features. There is also a quiet study area. Upstairs, discover a king-size bedroom and a twin, along with a contemporary bathroom. Outside, a tranquil haven awaits. Sweeping, lawned gardens envelop the property, with many areas for quiet reflection, amongst the flowers or next to the stream. The rear patio has outdoor furniture for you to enjoy al fresco dining in the Welsh sunshine. In summer, the heated outdoor pool is a real treat, with its own poolside terrace, sun loungers, BBQ, and changing rooms.
