Open the glass doors in the lounge and step out onto the balcony or nip through the kitchen to access the back garden. Up on the second floor, you’ll discover the mezzanine double bedroom and en-suite shower room. Outside, the property features fantastic views from the balustraded balcony, which also houses garden furniture and BBQ - or head out back to the raised deck with steps leading to a patio, picnic bench and small summerhouse for informal garden fun.

Located in a popular residential area, there is an abundance of entertainment to occupy you, both inland and along the coast. Set on the peripherals of Abersoch, just 1 mile from the centre of this pretty seaside town, from here you can easily access independent shops, cafes and the wonderful sandy beach. Water sports enthusiasts will be drawn to the excellent conditions at Porth Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth), Porth Ceiriad and Machroes, all of which can be reached within 2.5 miles. For coastal rambles, the Plas Yn Rhiw and Rhiw Village Walk begins just 9 miles away.

Lovely house in a quiet cul de sac. Short walk into the village and to the beach. Spacious dining/lounge area with a balcony.

Great property for a family stay. Well appointed kitchen, easy walk to the beach/shops/village and quiet. Owners amazing for communication and support. Would recommend.

Great Easter break. Lovely modern accommodation within walking distance of Abersoch restaurants, pubs and beach. 3 comfortable rooms and beds, great living space (and the kids appreciated the WII game). Would loved to have made use of the outdoor space - but it was too cold!!
