An exquisite coastal property enveloped by mature greenery and vibrant flowers, set in the sleepy seaside village of Llanbedrog on the Llyn Peninsula. This contemporary oasis is the perfect setting for relaxing family getaways or long-overdue friend reunions with a waggy-tailed member in tow. While away balmy summer afternoons paddling in waves on the sandy stretch of shoreline at Llanbedrog Beach (500 metres), before sliding open the magnificent bi-fold doors and indulging in an al fresco supper on the patio.

This magnificent home boasts a beautifully eclectic interior styled with wooden and stone textures, a rich colour palette, and striking oil canvases. Shrug off outer layers before stepping into the open plan heart of the home. Chop, stir, and simmer in the dark wooden shaker kitchen while the resident bartender shakes up a selection of zesty pre-dinner drinks perched at the island. On summer evenings, slide open the floor-to-ceiling bi-fold doors and embrace balmy indoor-outdoor living. Adorn the large dining table with an indulgent spread then raise a glass of fizz to your special occasion. In cooler months, throw a log on the crackling wood burner and curl up on the padded sofas with a movie. As the night draws in, ascend the staircase to discover three elegant bedrooms styled with crisp linens and plush soft furnishings. End the evening with a restorative soak in the opulent free-standing tub. Awaken to rolling countryside views before venturing onto the sun-dappled patio and tucking into a fresh morning spread.

Peruse an exhibition at the Plas Glyn Y Weddw Gallery (500 metres) before snapping a blustery photo atop the Mynydd Tir y Cwmwd headland (1 mile) overlooking the ‘Iron Man’ sculpture. Amble along the coastal path to Abersoch (3.5 miles) then settle in for a hot drink on the glass-fronted beach bar terrace (3.5 miles).

This cottage is perfect for a small group or a family, the garden is fantastic to look at through the expanse of glass in the open plan living area, a beautifully designed and well thought out retreat, we would love to return at some point

WOW! WOW! WOW! What can I say that hasn't already been said. The house is just stunning. Everything is so well thought out and the pictures don't do it justice with all the little touches. I usually go for old cottages or shepherds huts but this property took my fancy as soon as I saw it and so glad I booked. The other star of the show has to be LRead morelanbedrog itself and the beach which is so beautiful and only a short walk from the property. Numerous walks straight from the door, I did not use my car all week. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property and I hope to return in the future..x Hide

A beautiful and well equipped property which has been finished to a very high spec. We found the beds really comfy and it was really quiet which ensured a good nights sleep. Ideally situated for walking to Llanbedrog beach and a lovely art gallery and cafe.

Excellent property, so beautifully decorated, well equipped, comfortable, clean and tidy. This is our second visit and we were not disappointed, the place is so well thought out and really comfortable sofas. Large bathrooms, great powerful showers. Large TV great for watching films in the evening. Quiet location which is what we wanted. We went onRead more a lot of walks in the area, on the headland and over to Abersoch which is so close with restaurants, shops and fab beach. Getting to the local beach is under 10mins mostly off the road, our dog loves it (with a National Trust car park if easier to drive). Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home. Nant Awel is a superb house. Its beautifully appointed. The decor, furnishings and artwork are outstanding. We loved spending time in the house. It was so good to come back to a lovely warm house at the end of the day. We loved the log burner, the comfy sofas and the ambiance. The kitchen is well equipped. The fridge is a generous size. The beach is easily accessible down a few paths in about 10 minutes walk. Theres a local shop and several pubs in walking distance too. We loved this place and hope to be back in the future. Generally the property was very very good. However there were some issues. 1) the left hand blind to the full height windows was stuck down when we arrived and remained stuck down for the duration of the visit. 2) the TV didn't work properly, with none of the channels available aside from streaming channels because the trees in the neighbouring garRead moreden were blocking the satellite dish. This can't have been a new issue as trees don't grow that quickly. I do expect some level of reimbursement for this. 3) I mailed you on the day of our arrival about this and heard nothing back. Text messages to the owner saw attempts to fix it but no positive results. Hide

Extremely pleased with the property. I would like to say that twice now I have contacted you regarding items at the property rented only to be given incorrect information on both occasions-both relating to the property having a bbq. Been informed twice now there isnt one at the property in question when there was, keeping better information on eachRead more property would be useful to customers Hide

It's too soon to decide if we want another cottage holiday. Everything in the cottage was excellent. I did get in touch with you prior to our holiday to ask if there was a bbq at the cottage. You replied that there was no bbq. In fact there was a charcoal burning one which we used.
