Situated on a farm in the heart of Snowdonia sits this modern three-bedroom stone cottage. With hiking trails and cycle routes right from the door, this is a fantastic holiday home for a family looking to enjoy outdoor activities and nearby sandy beaches.
The ground floor is a delightful space and after a day exploring kick-off your boots and step through to the welcoming open-plan living area. Sink into one of the huge sofas in the lounge and enjoy a film on the Smart TV or curl up in front of the toasty wood burner. A sleek kitchen overlooks the lounge and is equipped with everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Rustle up your family’s favourite meal and serve it at the dining table or open the patio doors and eat alfresco while gazing at the glorious mountain views. A few steps lead from the living area down to the two light and airy bedrooms. Featuring a super-king and double bed, both rooms are furnished in neutral tones and are wonderfully peaceful. From the ground floor, a staircase leads to the first floor where you’ll find a spacious super-king-size bedroom and a thoroughly modern en-suite bathroom. Outside the setting could not be more delightful. Enjoy meals on the patio, let the children play on the lawn or simply sit and feel your spirits lift as you soak up the tranquil views of the National Park.
Snowdonia offers excellent walking, mountain biking, and hiking trails including the 6-mile wooded lane, Lon Goed, in the Dwyfor countryside (5 miles from the property).
