Sleeping eight guests, the four-bedroom retreat takes in views out over magical Cardigan Bay, or Bae Ceredigion in Welsh, and is just 350 metres from the sandy beach. Designed by Sir Bertram Clough Williams-Ellis, the architect behind the renowned Welsh Italianate village of Portmeirion, is perfect for an extended family break or a North Wales escape with friends.

Also downstairs are the kitchen, where you can whip up the group meals, a family shower room and the utility room. Take in the sea views from upstairs as well. The bedrooms here include two doubles, a twin and a bunk bedroom. The family bathroom is also at this level. Relax out in the lawned garden, where you can play games with the children, cook supper on the BBQ and gaze out towards the sea and mountains. Parking is on a private road to the front of the property.
Pick up the Wales Coast Path and it right around the Llyn Peninsula for beautiful coastal views. Visit the Plas Glyn y Weddw Gallery 500 metres from your base. Have a day out to the long sandy beach at Porth Neigwl, which is popular with surfers.
