The open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining room is the heart of the house where you can all spend time together cooking, relaxing with books on the couch, or planning the day’s activities around the generous table. Let the kids entertain themselves in the small playroom where table football and DVDs can be found. Pick from two beautifully decorated double bedrooms on the ground floor with pretty garden views, and wash off the day in the shower room. Head upstairs to the two twin bedrooms, and a family bathroom which has a freestanding bath and shower. Enjoy cool, calming decor throughout, underfloor heating in the bathrooms, and hardwood floors across the ground floor making it easy to keep clean after sandy days on the beach. Both the front and back garden can be reached through the large, sliding doors in the living area. The back garden has a lovely lawn to stretch out on and a furnished patio area where al fresco dining is made easy, complete with a BBQ. Out the front, relax with a coffee and make the most of the views from the raised terrace.

Stroll into Abersoch where there are pubs, restaurants and shops. Head to Hell’s Mouth Beach (2.5 miles) where sandcastles and water sports await or take to the seafront golf course for a quick round. Soak up history at Criccieth Castle (16 miles) and Caernarfon Castle (28 miles), or take the little ones to the Dwyfor Ranch Rabbit Farm (14 miles).

Great location - walking distance to village and far enough away to be quiet. Handy for the Spar is another plus.

This is a fabulous house, the owner has thought of everything to provide a comfortable stay. It is beautifully finished and very well equipped, with a great location. Would definitely stay again.

A beautiful house with excellent levels of equipment. Very nicely appointed throughout, it made an ideal base for a weekend away with the family. The location is superb, we were able to walk to the beach and village eadil

Great location for the beach and walking to the shops/ restaurants just a few minutes away, the interior of the property is high spec and very clean. There is a fabulous games room for the children, which the owners have generously kitted out with 2 games consoles/ TV meaning adults can have quality time.
