The traditionally styled cottage has been lovingly maintained with plenty of original features, allowing you to enjoy your morning brew or evening tipple surrounded by exposed brickwork, wooden beams and stone-flagged flooring. The splendour continues as you step outside to take in the incredible view. Situated close to the Lyn Peninsula and the wonders of the Snowdonia National Park, this holiday home is surrounded by areas of outstanding beauty enabling you to hike, bike ride and enjoy water sports with ease nearby.

Filled with characterful nooks and crannies, this cosy cottage is a delight to call your own. Step inside to be greeted by the lovely lounge with cushy seating, an electric fire and a Smart TV tucked into the corner – a place to while away an evening with entertainment or great chatter. The kitchen is at the back of the house and the dining table is neatly positioned in the lounge for effortless mealtimes. Pass the downstairs shower room as you make your way up to the first floor, home to a double bedroom, and even further to the second floor where you’ll find a reading room and a twin. At the front of the property, a sunny patch of garden space is furnished allowing you to sit out in the sun.

You’re surrounded by a National Landscape when staying in this property, with walks from every direction leading to fabulous things. The coast is just 1.5 miles away with a remarkable coastal path leading you through the contours of the clifftops deep into the peninsula. Spend time in the attractive seaside village of Nefyn (4 miles) where an arc of golden sand invites beachy activities including sunbathing, ball games and surfing.
